In the case of tungsten steel and high-speed steel inlay welding, due to the difference in the linear expansion coefficient between tungsten steel and high-speed steel, when the mold is cooled, the stress on the inner and outer layers is different, and the inward tensile stress is formed on the surface. After inlay welding, measures should be taken to relieve stress, otherwise tungsten steel will crack or desolder.
